Sandra Stanionytė gets inspired by observing her surroundings. She wants to translate this fascination and view of the world into art, which makes the viewers aware of their self and the space around them.

“Spoken traces” is about leaving traces in our surroundings. It is a study on how we influence the space around us and how this space affects our behavior. The traces left on the path, thus making us conscious of our actions in our surroundings. We are not just viewers anymore but become a living and observing part of her artwork.
